1. Scope of the policy

This refund policy applies to transportation services booked via the website www.chauffeur-krakau.com . As a VIP transportation company, we care about transparency and customer satisfaction.

2. Cancellation of reservation – rules and fees

The customer has the right to cancel the ordered service in accordance with the following rules:

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: handling fee is PLN 10. The remaining amount will be refunded to the client.

• Cancellation from 24 hours to 1 hour before the start of the service: a cancellation fee of PLN 50 is charged.

• Cancellation less than 1 hour before service or no-show: no refund.

In the event that we cancel the service (e.g. vehicle breakdown or other unforeseen events), the customer will receive a full refund or the option to use the service at an alternative time.

3. Refund

Refunds are processed using the same payment method that the customer used (e.g. bank transfer, cash, card). The refund processing time may be up to 7 business days from the acceptance of the application.

4. Exceptions

We do not provide refunds for services that have been fully performed in accordance with the order and the customer did not raise any concerns during their performance.
